Not surprised this place is now closed. Had been in for a massage in December and had a great experience, so I went ahead and got the monthly membership of 55.00 for one massage per month. Tried scheduling after the fact and everything was for during the day (before 3:00, which was my original appt time). Waited till beginning of January to try again as I thought it was the holidays perhaps. Beginning of January same problem. I wasn’t going to take off a day of work for a massage. I cancelled the membership moving forward and then later tried to contact the owner to get in to utilize what I had already paid for, crickets. I attempted one more time to contact her with no reply. I contested the charge with my credit card company to later find out that she was counter-disputing that I had come in. Unreal! Enjoy your shady business practices.
